Car look like it hadn’t even been cleaned In many uses… Deposit fell off after a couple days but now there’s $100 charge for no reason that is still pending and has been for four days
Hertz called me and canceled the transaction. They said they had no cars to rent.
Locations listed online were impossible to find, and in a few cases didn’t exist/were incorrect. Called over a half dozen times and not a single time did I get through to an actual person and not just because I didn’t hold long enough but because eventually the calls would disconnect themselves!
What a joke! Booked a car online and received a confirmation that it was reserved. It even said no further contact required just turn up and pick up your car. So we turn up and there is no car available. It was a last minute booking and the car was urgently required and the lack of it caused a great deal of stress and unnecessary hassle. I would never use Hertz again and would think twice about using your service again. An awful experience.
Y'all need to put on your website that a Chime Credit builder card isn't accepted so I didn't have to waste all that time.
It was a small office away from the airport and the folks there provided fast, friendly assistance.
My son had 2 huge bags for school plus a few more smaller bags. The manager in garage offered us a suv that would fit everything. Very nice !!! Our smaller car would not have been able to move furniture either! Thank you!

The staff was friendly. Had to track someone down when it came to drop off...told to just leave the car with the keys in the ignition. They were too understaffed to do an inspection with me there. I understand the times are tricky but....
I was given a quote for $265.00 and when I picked up the car, I was told that they would just email me the charges and was told the same when I dropped the car off. I later discovered a charge for $470 on my credit card without being sent one email confirmation/declaration of the charges. I have contacted Enterprise to try to resolve this matter.

Enterprise policy meant that I could not use a card for payment that I had used at other rental companies. It was a Paypal business card that can be processed as a debit or credit card and I had used it just last summer at ACE rental with no issues. This really threw a wrench into the works and I had difficulty making other arrangements. The person I was dealing with was courteous but refused to even attempt to run my card as a credit card as I do on dozens of occasions every week. It was very inconvenient. The gentleman did allow me to return the vehicle without filling the gas tank for our trouble, but it was still a great delay and inconvenience.
The car was great but they didn’t give it to me at my quoted price. I had to call customer service and am still trying to fix it.
Horrible pickup experience!Waited an hour past my reso for the ONE worker to clean a car for the renter ahead of me, rent it to them, check in another group who just wanted to extend their rent, then go back to the garage &clean/vacuum the car I would be renting! Again, she was the ONLY PESON THERE!
The location was closed and they directed us to another location. The other location did not have any cars. Why would they let you book for cars when they don’t have inventory.. it’s greed!

The larger, short lady was extremely unfriendly and having a . very bad day. She would not discuss the final billing with me. I turned the car in 24 hrs later which was one hour later due to time zone switch and she wanted to charge me extra day.
The car was clean and ready to go
Even though I had checked in online the attendant told that I was late and that I was lucky I didn't lose my rental. Even if I was late and they didn't receive my online confirmation there is no need to tell me that. Besides it wasn't like they had a line of people waiting for cars.
