Terrible experience. Outright deception because the rental showed as an airport pick-up..did not say shuttle..but implied on site. False!! A number of people were tricked, as I was. Then Van to downtown Jackson Hole 15 miles away and was a 40 minute wait. The rental office was embarrasing, a dirty, dingy DUMP. Can't believe that Kayak would every offer such a rental!!!

Large dent in tail gate which was not put on walk through. Noticed after left rental and felt had to return to inform rental agent less be charged for damage after having car for a week. Was time wasted on my part which could have been avoided.

You pick up a shuttle at the airport and return. The contactless return is a great. The check out is quicker than pre covid, with alot less keystrokes by the agent, so you check in quickly.

It should specifically state that the pick up is off premises. To learn that at the airport and then be jammed into a crowded shuttle for 20+ minutes is terrible.

Easy pick up and drop off. We were upgraded from a full size car to a Chevy Traverse. This worked out great for us since we were driving a lot through Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. Car pickup was right at the airport which made it very convenient. So nice to not have to get on a shuttle. Got the rental at a great price because I had booked it last February.

Did not like the car, a Hyundai Elantra. It was hard to get into and out of. No service agent was at the airport on drop off. The car could have been cleaned better. There was a film on the inside of the windshield. On a positive note, the car got good gas mileage.

Counter clerk forgot to provide me with a receipt to use as registration in case of a traffic stop. Instructions for returning the vehicle were not clear. Economy cars are very pricy. Not the best car rental experience I've ever had.

The pick up location was a 20 min drive from the airport and they only ran 1 shuttle every 20-40 min. Also they did NOT have social distancing on the shuttle. They filled almost every seat

Despite being listed as Jackson Airport, it is actually 20min away from the airport in downtown Jackson. Staff were also fairly pushy about upgrades and such.

Even it is not an airport pickup/ drop off but it is only 15-20 mins by its shuttle to Jackson hole downtown. The car they gave to me was very new, clean and good condition. We had a great time.
