I made a reservation. They called to cancel it and said they didn't know why the computer allowed me to make a reservation. Sounds like an internal problem that a customer does not need to know about. Will avoid Hertz. They also tend to have people arrested because Hertz's computer system tells them a car is stolen when it's been returned and paid for. Bad business Hertz. You should do better.
We arrived early for our scheduled rental and no one was there. Had to deal with rental issues every day for the whole vacation. Vile customer service. Never use this company
I got a great value on the rental! I honestly thought there was a catch or hidden fees because of how great a value the car was. But I was pleasantly surprised with friendly staff, an easy check-in and check-out process, a clean and reliable vehicle, and no hidden fees. Would definitely recommend!

When a car is reserved have that size vehicle available, or the next level up!!! Not down! If the company advertised it to be available and confirmed it with an email then HAVE IT!!
Our car was not cleaned and smelled of weed and was given to us with a nail in the tire. When we reached out to their customer service, we only received an email back they were sorry for the situation and would talk to the manager at the location.
Costumer service in Tampa us bed they were close but the guy that received me at the door it was rude I was about 530 and the people in Jacksonville told me it was fine to drop off.
The pickup and drop off were horrible and they tried to charge me for an underage fee when I arrived to pick up despite the fact that I am 25, was quoted a different number, and they had entered my birth year incorrectly into the system.
After picking our luggage off the carousel we spent 1/2 hr looking for Easirent. There was no easirent at the airport car rental booths and repeated calls to the phone number I had for them went unanswered. Finally as I was standing in another line to see if anyone knew Easirent I saw a small sign that read, OFF SITE RENTAL. I took a chance and we rolled all our luggage across one of the airport drives. There was a shuttle waiting there and they knew of Easirent. The driver said Easirent does pick up at that location but Easirent shuttles don’t come very often so we should grab one of the Wally park vans. We took her advice and finally arrived at the Wally Park/Easirent location. Service was mediocre but the reservations were found and a car was waiting for us. Definitely not one of my easier car rental processes but it all worked out in the end.

Clean car and good service. They told me I needed full coverage insurance when I arrived and charged me $400. I later learned that my insurance would have covered it, so selling me on the insurance was disappointing to learn.

The thing I was surprise is the deposit I had to give, still after 5 days of bringing the car back, it’s not back on my credit card. Plus I get deducted at least 7 % for exchange. Not good. Thanks
I called for a pick-up and telephone message gave a lengthy discourse on what you are doing to assure my safety during the COVID virus. NEVER is it mentioned that you have suspended pick-ups!!! This left me scrambling to find a taxi to take me to the office when I had a time issue. Had the message alerted me to this new policy, I would have made arrangements in advance rather than being blindsided.
In a world where customer service is often times overlooked for profits, Enterprise always stands out. This was definitely true during our last rental from them. The car was clean and waiting for us at our scheduled pick up. Upon our return, we were running behind. The manager went out of her way to make things as quick as possible for us on the return on a busy holiday weekend.
poor customer service tried to get a rental for two weeks in a row three different branches didn't have anything available prices are outrageous and the management are very rude and nasty.. I would not recommend them to anybody..
Bottom line is that the price was fantastic so naturally I couldn't complain much after that!. One nice thing was that the the agency closest to my home was able to change to reservation to that location.

They charge you an extra $350.00 to rent the car and also limit you to only a 150 per day. Even though it was reserved at one price and unlimited miles. They change your reservation and now you are stuck unless you decide to leave. They also take the spare tire out their cars so you would take their insurance. Avoid at all cost. Pay the extra money so you can get better service.

Long wait to get a rep, car smelled like smoke plus had 2 low tire pressure lights come on while driving.
If you are a local renter,go someplace else and rent. These people say unlimited miles, unless you live in the state,then you are only allowed 150 free miles per day. They also want a $350.00 deposit. I guess they want to insure that they already have your money if you go over 150 miles per day. The rate per mile they charge after 150 miles is $0.55 . That could add up to some serious dollar amounts really quickly.

E-Z does not accept credit debit card and had to switch to a different car rental at the last minute which made renting a car more expensive.
The online reservation clearly stated unlimited miles. But when I'm standing at the reservation desk after I'm already at the point of no return I'm informed I am limited to a total of 300 miles, with each mile afterwards at $0.55 per mile. The whole purpose of the rental was for a trip that far exceeded the allowable mileage bringing my total out of pocket expense nearly four times the advertised rental rate. Even after I showed the manager my reservation and what was advertised he informed me it was a private company and that's their policy and if I didn't like It go somewhere else. Unfortunately I was stuck with no ride and no time to spare. I will not be using this service ever again.
