This was my first time renting from Enterprise, so they set up a profile for me when I rented the car. Even with the profile set-up, it did not take long to get my rental vehicle. The vehicle was clean, and Enterprise included a snow brush in the vehicle, which is a necessity this time of year. Returning the vehicle was also hassle free. I am very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went.

I reserved a Fiat or similar. A Hyundai is not similar which is all they had. The woman at the counter was not pleasant. I returned the first car before I even left the parking lot because the smell of smoke was so bad. The second car also smelled of smoke and I found out the next morning when someone was about to back into me that the horn didn't work either.

Was overcharged with fees. Fuel tank was almost empty when I got it but was told it was full. Filled it up a little higher when I returned it. Told them about it and still got charged extra for fuel!!

The car I was given was 15k+ miles and a check engine light came on and the car wouldn’t work. The replacement car had a check oil light on the entire time.

Pretty easy with quick pass through paperwork, short walk to car.

Only one person at National/Alamo desk, so short line formed after flight. Floor of car had fair amount of dirt on it, especially around the edges.

yes, staff was very, very friendly, and drop-off was very simple.

A roof over the cars during freezing rain would have been lovely. I did love to have found an ice scraper in the back seat.

This should have been very easy. It is a small town and usually courteous and friendly.

Due to bad weather I had to re-route my trip from Minneapolis to Omaha. I was travelling to SD for a funeral. Sadly when I tried to get online at the airport for a car at the airport it only showed availability for the city. Computers rule! counter at airport was not helpful. I had to call to get help. Then when I got to Sioux Falls because I had to rent a one way drop off they made me drive back to Sioux Falls one day later to switch cars. It seemed like they could have given my car for Monday to the one-way and just let me keep the car that I came from Omaha in. It was all a big mess!!

The moron at the budget counter ran my card twice without telling me, which led to it being declined twice for fraud detection. He didn’t allow me to talk to my bank and tell them that i was traveling before running the card a second time, which resulted in me not getting a car at all. It was midnight and all other car rental places were closed at that point. I then had to uber and hitchhike to my friends wedding. A disaster. Never using budget again.

That it was in airport pickup.

They told me my reservation had been cancelled a few days before my arrival but couldn't tell me who had done it or why. It wasn't done by me or Expedia. It took an hour to get it straightened out, they wouldn't give me my car at the contracted price and they didn't have the car I ordered.

Friendly staff, good follow through on complaint.

We got an upgrade at the counter but the brand new Honda pilots did not have functioning air conditioning.. staff was understanding but could not refund our upgrade as requested. Manager called next day though and refunded our upgrade due to issue.
