Car performed well driving in very treacherous conditions in Medellin. Narrow streets and very steep hills. Service was excellent in terms of picking up car, returning car and shuttling us to and from airport (MDE). One small issue: Rear tire made noise, probably scalloped, but minor in comparison to driving in Medellin and countryside. Thank you! Would use you guys again.

They could have honored my reservation. It's was cancelled while I was on my way to Colombia with no explanation or warning. When I talked with them, they were of absolutely NO HELP. Could not explain who canceled or for what reason. TERRIBLE customer service. Will not use them again. And will think twice before booking thru you!!

Wow! That should be clearly stated and in bold print! Who rents a car with a 1000 usd deposit for 2 days??!

Really deceptive advertising on the part of budget rentacar and kayak! I am really unhappy with this and will probably never use kayak again. I always use kayak and now won't.
