We had a Turo car rental. When we got to the car it wouldn’t start so we cancelled that. My wife found a car rental available immediately with Alamo. The rental process was super easy and getting into our car and on our way was quick and painless. The staff was outstanding!

Luxury car for normal price.

Bait and switch here. Ordered a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar and pre paid. They gave me a miled out Hyundai Santa Fe. Car was dirty when picked up and had a low tire which the alarm went off all the time. I was too tired to argue but did ask if they had something better to drive and they tried to give me a truck. Car ran poorly and was terrible. Here comes the good part. Charged me another $110 when I dropped it off. It says taxes and fees which were all included in the pre pay. Got me once but never again. Then the guy at the counter has the balls to ask me for a tip. I thought this was a luxury car rental but it’s the same as the others only worse because they are not truthful. I could have got a Santa Fe at any of the others for much less.

There was only one car left in our size range. We did not make it 10 miles from the airport when we realized one of the tires was flat and had a bolt in it. It took two hours to get a new car out to us (again, less than 10 miles from the airport). Not a great start to our trip.

Kyack misrepresented the terms of the rental.

Pick up was easy and the options for car selection was good enough. Upon returning the car rental, we were a bit worry as there was no enough people on site as we were told to just left the key inside the car and left. So make sure to take any dent/scratch/damages when picking up the car.
