Computer problems when I arrived and I felt they didn't care about my plans. I did get an apology however as I was going finally. The car had no winter tires which is compulsory in BC after October 1st. I traveled through mountains so was lucky there was no snow or ice when I was driving.

The logistics of the pick up turned out to be perfect, but we’re not well explained in the reservation materials, so I had to do a little detective work. Also the local brand name of Aligo should have been included in the reservation, as the Ace name isn’t well known in Kelowna.

Try getting insurance to a reasonable rate so people will buy it Just insured my 2021 Murano Platinum for $800 for 7 months and you charge for that Econ car $3600/month.

Enterprise was great. However, I did not like the booking process through Kayak. From the beginning I was being quoted a rate in Cdn Dollars (all in) and somewhere between starting the process and being moved to the Hotwire website the quote was switched to US Dollars. I did notice this and it would have been fine if the final total was still ‘all in’ and similar to the Cdn amount expected. It turned out to be almost 40% higher than expected as I guess the US amount was not all in. It was just disappointing that the currency and variables were changing as I went through the reservation process. It was obviously known from the beginning of my inquiry that I was shopping in Canada, making a reservation in Canada and paying in Canadian dollars. Hoping, if I book through Kayak again that the process is more transparent. Regards, Corey Smith

The pickup counter was closed during regular hours. I sent my associates twice over 2 days and nobody was there. It made for a bad experience for the employee I sent. We rented a separate car and cancelled this booking.

Our experience was not good. We didn't get the vehicle that we reserved (which was reserved for a specific requirement). A customer checked in beside us with no reservation but was given the type of vehicle that we reserved (an SUV) and we were given a car after waiting an extra 20 minutes. The windshield was dangerously filthy with the sunshine glare! Our first stop had to be a service station to clean the inside of the windshield. I would not recommend Budget to anyone

The older gentlemen that work the shuttles were very kind and friendly. That is where the positive experience ends.

Like other reviewers have reported, I had a quote emailed to me and when I arrived to pickup the vehicle it was $150 more!! I asked about price matching, or honouring the quote and he was extremely unhelpful and would not even look at my email I had received.
