Hello Kayak, the number of reservations of the type of car Tahoe upon receipt of the car reported that the type of car is different from the one existing in the company system and asked me to pay extra 50 Kuwaiti dinars so that I can receive the same car that I booked through the site Kayak and I paid the amount and took the car by 50 dinars Kuwaiti so I demand the company to refund the amount. When I booked I booked for Chevrolet Tahoe or equivalent but unfortunately when I reached to the desk they told me I booked Chevrolet Traiblazer which is much smaller for my family than Taho. I had to pay more than double what I already paid to upgrade to Yukon as Tahoe wasn't available.

There was no counter in Terminal 2. There is NO shuttle to terminal 1, only taxi options. I used a different rental car and now Holiday Autos will not give me a refund. Their web site showed Sixt in Terminal 2 and this is why I booked it. Can you help me to get a refund? Thank you, Eric Miller
Once i arrived, booking was not recived by them ( based on their information) and they give it to me without using your booking???!!!!

Car in good mechanical condition, was dirty from outside Fuel tank was only half full When returning the car, employee was away, I had to wait 15min for him to turn up, I had a flight to catch Apart from that all was ok
