Alamo didn’t have a car for me. They did the same thing to me last year. You need to stop contracting with them. The lady over the counter even stated don’t go through a third party

The car was supposed to be ready at 12, I received a phone call from Alamo that there was no car. She stated she would call me back as soon as one became available She I showed up at 8pm and they still didn’t have a car. It wasn’t until I became visibly upset and started saying things so the customers could hear me that did they mysteriously came up with a car.

My flight was running late, I called to make accommodations since my pick up was scheduled for 2 but i wouldnt make it in until around 430 (they closed at 4) and was treated rudely by staff at LCH. Asked if they could drop car at FBO for general aviation (only a 3 min walk) since i was flying in private aircraft as they’ve done in the past and just told no. When I picked up car at competitor they told me they would have been happy to drop car and the enterprise attendant working is known for being rude and not helpful.

Being made to pick up the vehicle at a time when that particular rental office was closed - having to rebook through Enterprize for another location (in town) at the airport and being charged a new fee ($5 per day facility fee) and then returning the vehicle two and a half days early and getting charged almost the same original fee. What a dissappointment!

Reserved Large SUV over a MONTH in advance and the night before departure I received a call informing me a large SUV will not be available by the most rudest and unprofessional AVIS agent I have ever dealt with…. It was interrupting my plans therefore I should have been the one being rude… What could make things better would be making sure you have the rental that you CONFIRMED on the reservations with the customers…

Personnel were very helpful and kind! They gave us a ride back to our location free of charge. I had booked car rental two months prior to use through kayak. This was a good price and deal. I asked agent about coast for four more days when returning vehicle. My price quote from Hertz was twice as much for five days then what the seven days we just finished with. Overall experience was very good and would definitely use them again if price was right!

Booked on Priceline - when picked up the cost jumped $600 as it was a one way rental - which I had called both Priceline and Hertz to verify that I had booked for quoted price. When I arrive at my destination, instead of the $1000 they had told me my price went up to, it grew to $1500 and when asked why, was told I don't know, it just is. $1500 a day for three and half days from Louisiana to Utah is ridiculous and an absolute rip off. I would never ever rent from this organization. I have since talked to others who have had the same experience. Terrible company and you can't get anyone on the telephone to talk to. Just google and try to find a number for HQ and see.

No staff at the office. The office was closed due to weather. But the weather was great that day. I took a $30 uber to Hertz be stranded. Worst experience ever!

Good value Hyundai Sonata was nice vehicle Comfortable to drive Easy to reserve using Kayak

Charged and extra day when I was about 30 minutes past return time. Picked up vehicle and you could tell they tried to cover up a smoking smell. Especially bad in trunk.

None of workers in Lake Charles and only a few in Houston (man taking car at drop-off put his head inside the car with me inside!) were wearing masks. There were no distancing measures in Lake Charles. I felt very uncomfortable. The car AC was not functioning (very low, if little output).

I request a rental 6 days before getting my rental. When I got there, the lady ran all my information and then said we don't have the convertible that you requested. Then, she asked if I wanted another car. If I wanted anot her car, I would have requested another car. I wanted the convertible that I requested. I ended up with no car from Budget. I was so mad.
