Don’t ever hire with Goldcar - I was given a car with significant pre-existing damage to the bodywork throughout. Despite spending 20 minutes with the rep when I collected the car and recording it, when I returned the car the assistant carried out a full inspection and said there were zero problems and everything was settled. He asked me to sign the end of contract form and said he would email me a copy. We left to catch our flight and when I checked my email I was provided with a bill for over €100 for a scratch that was already there and I had shown to the agent at initial collection. This company is so deceitful - I wasn’t given the opportunity to contest as we had already gone through security and had been led to believe that the account was settled at drop off. I have photographic and video evidence of the car on collection showing the scratch they claimed I caused was already present. I would recommend avoiding this company unless you want a nasty surprise after your return
