Cheap Car Rentals in Centennial Hills, Las Vegas

They did not have my car reserved. The female rep Called me 10 minutes before my reservation. Time to tell me they did not have my car and that there is nothing they could do. When I asked for the managers name, she stated his first name was Joe, and when I asked her what his last name was, she said she didn’t know his last name. She was extremely unhelpful! So unfortunately, I was not able to get my vehicle . Seems that the people at the Rancho Office is not very well trained and very unprofessional.

There was a hiccup with the reservation and it looked as though I was not going to have a car available. Noreen, the customer service representative overcame the challenges and working with the manager saw to it that I had a replacement vehicle(actually a choice of a couple) the were upgrades to my original selection and for which they charged me nothing additional It was ready at the originally scheduled pick up time and I was on time for my appointment in So Cal. Return the next day was an effortless process as well.

I booked the car through Kayak for $225. When I arrived i was informed that they didn’t have any more vehicles at that price and the only car available would be $540 to rent. She topped it off by saying the system over books all the time.. doesn’t seem right.

The agent at your location gave us a price of over $500 for a 2 day rental which was $124 including taxes & insurance. She said we were unable to use kayak website. She said we had to pay their location fee. I had confirmation & intinerary that I showed her with this price.I offered to show it to her again she wouldn’t look at it. She continued to argue with myself and my wife. We said fine we’re not taking this car. We called Uber to come pick us up. We were waiting outside for Uber to come get us and take us back downtown to our hotel. Then after about 5 minutes the agent came back outside. She said there was an error in the dates of our booking. She then said we could have the car for the price it said in my confirmation. I really think that this employee should be warned if not fired for trying to scam us out hundreds of dollars. While I was outside I spoke to another customer he said they were being charged $900 for a 1 week rental. He thought this was ridiculous. If I was him I would have walked away. He got scammed big time. This location really needs to be investigated. It was a horrible experience for us on our holiday. Cheers Rick Grimard

Be very clear with your customers that the rental location is NOT airport car rental. If this is the case, allow them to return the vehicle to the airport free of charge. We spend $100 extra in tax/Uber service picking up and dropping off our car rental.

The website said they had cars available. When I arrived, I stood in line for more than 25 minutes only to be told that they had no cars. They only had full size SUVs and they wouldn’t honor the price that I booked online. I left their office without a vehicle as I was unwilling to pay the additional fees for the bigger car. It is really easy enough to get an Uber or Lyft for the few days I needed a car and avoid feeling as if I had been cheated at a rental car establishment.
