The self-service process, with no person present, especially when in a foreign country, is dissatisfying. This was not clear when I booked the vehicle. The self-service process in Bergen Norway was worse than Leknes since there were no signs that directed people to the location where cars were picked up. We had to ask three different people working at the mall to locate the cars. Hertz should consider a better process where self-service is the aim.
