Vehicle provided may've been an upgrade, as it appeared to be bigger than a small SUV and that was appreciated. Except, it was given with a quarter of a tank of gas and low windshield wiper fluid and we happened to have crummy weather where it was needed to keep windshield clean. Previous location had been closed, but wasn't advertised prior to pickup, resulting in an hour delay heading out of town.

I was trying to rent a minivan, but was given a Toyota Highlander that has had a very rough career. This car needs to be taken in for service. The cruise control was not working due to a malfunction, same for the pre-collision system. This car should not be a rental car. It was obviously formerly a smokers car - or a loooot of people have smoked in it when renting it. The amount of air freshener used to cover up the smell was just about as bad.

They called me 20 minutes before my scheduled rental with no car and no solution. Leaving me scrambling to try to find transport. They had known for over 24 hours that they wouldn’t have a vehicle but decided to wait until the last minute. Then were not apologetic.

When dropping off car unable to return keys at the same time as the car. This was due to the drop box for the keys being duct taped shut, and no one being present at the time the car was returned.

I made the reservation, but when I called to ensure that I was 100% able to get the car, they claimed they didn't have cars. Even if your system that communicates to Kayak or other rental sites is not working, you have to take the initiative to contact those websites to let them know you don't have cars. That's just a part of running a company with professionalism.

Show up at 7 AM but the Van was not ready, had to wait for transfer from other location. What a joke.

Was unable to rent the car due to being unaware of 2 hour window to pick up car- the car was rented to someone else when I went to pick it up. I received a call the week prior to confirm the rental- I would have appreciated a heads up or a call to verify my rental before it was given to someone else. Customer should be made aware of this 2 hour rule at time of reservation!
