We got talked into unlimited insurance which doubled the price. Probably worth it for me since driving in England was a challenge but twice as much cost was a shock. Ouch

I was very impressed at the service I received from the receptionist at Heathrow T5. I had made a wrong reservation and had little time to get another car at Heathrow. I went there in a hurry not realising that I needed other documents apart from my driving license and credit cards. I was initially upset but she calmly explained things and helped me retrieve all the documents I needed. As the trip was to attend my daughter's graduation next morning 100 miles away it would have been a disaster for the family without her help. She's a credit to the company.
