The car had built in GPS with touch screen but the budget car rental rep gladly sold me GPS charging for it. They gave me a toddler seat for my 9 month baby and had nothing else.

Car was very clean and low miles. Service was very friendly and quick. Billed as ordered online and wasn't asked (forced) to take extras.
Drop off was excellent. Pick up was the complete opposite. Long line with only one agent, car was not ready and needed cleaning, not easy when the weather is cold and wet and you have young kids. The car itself was small but fine and ran well.

Azeem the agent and the manager , Nav, were very nice and helpful. I have travelled all over the world, and this was the fastest pickup, cleanest car and I loved that it was paperless. Rent from them at Shepherd’s Bush in London. You will for once leave a car rental place in a good mood!

The office was closed and could not get through to any representatives on a call. Understand that we are in unprecedented times but unacceptable to allow booking (which was made the night before) for closed locations which forces customers to expose themselves more.

The customer service, both phone and email (never received a response). The drop-off at a different location was painful. Adding a driver was also painful since there was no Sixt in Liverpool, as I was told there was.

Very quick and easy.
The back hatch was previously damaged and would not open normally. We had to jump on the bumper or drive over a curb to open it.
