The only issue was that the car had slight damage on the rear door which was clearly visible. I would have thought they would fix it before renting it out again. I didn't want to waste time so I just took the car.
nightmare to get to speak to anyone and even after 9 calls taking over 35 mins holding still no one could help
A really great experience. Clear advice of required paperwork. Staff were very friendly at collection and drop off. Will definitely recommend to others

waited 30 minutes for customer service to answer the phone and gave up. Fuel option is cryptic at best. There was an additional 12GBP charge that was not included on my Kayak rental, that only showed up when I picked up the car. Terminal was closed when I dropped off the car and security let me in to drop the keys.
When I booked a car you took £6 out of my bank abs I had the pay £40 when I got there, got all the way to London city airport to pick up my hire car only to be told it wasn't there some one using it kayak didn't update there list of availability and second was to be told I would have to pay a extra £50 on top of the £40 for a new car then to be told I had to pay a £200 for a holding fee which didn't explain when I booked the car so I will not be using these again
