The check in process was quick and efficient. The specific car I was hoping to get was not readily available, but Tony, the manager Took action and was able to get the car we hoped for…. Added bonus he spent 10 friendly minutes chatting while we waited. It was clear by the number of staff who passed by saying hi, that Tony is well liked and runs a very efficient rental car agency. The car arrived clean, the return process was as smooth as the arrival. The best Rental car experience that we’ve ever had.

Excellent pickup location. Pick up provide no assistance in locating the car in huge lot. Absolutely no review of new vehicle controls, equipment and safety features. Could not operate cruise control safely, could not locate gas panel release for filling. No delivery of vehicle to customer after long day of travel. Safety and comfort of customer driving a brand vehicle of no concern to rental agent.

Even though I had requested car be dropped off at private terminal, it had not been and I had to go to main terminal for car!

Car had problems, low tire and engine light came on, had to exchange vehicle!

The drop off was a little weird. The guy wasn’t in his booth and was walking out the door and asked for my keys. I was super confused as he didn’t have an ID card etc. It took me a few minutes to realize he had a Hertz shirt on. I didn’t like the drop off.

Car could have been cleaner and the drop off better, but other than that, it was fine.

everything was generally okay, no major complaints

Advertised car was a Toyota Camry "or equivalent". I got a Hyundai Sonata which, in my opinion, is not in the same league as the Camry. In addition, the Hertz booth at the airport didn't open until 1/2 hour or so later than Enterprise or Budget. We had to wait that additional time to get our car, and then it was less vehicle than I had anticipated.

It was good value. The car was also very clean when we picked it up. The attendant in the kiosk picking up and dropping off the car was friendly.

When I rented my car online I made am error...I got mixed up about the size of the car, between compact and economy. I had wanted to rent the larger one and booked the smaller one...I had realized my error after the fact but when I called I wasn't allowed to change it. I was told to ask for an upgrade upon pick-up...I did not receive one. I have received many upgrades over the years with many different rental companies. I was told there were no vehicles available but when I picked up my car, the lot was full of Hertz vehicle. And it was London, Ontario airpirt...we're not talking a large Metropolitan city here.

The rental sales agent responsible for the budget store at the London International Airport (Ontario) was extremely sleazy. He attempted to claim that the credit card I was using for rental did not have insufficient funds, even though I had been with my bank representative over the phone who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my card. The agent simply refused to rent the car, which made the entire situation definitely sketchy. I did not rent the car with Budget, and had to look for another rental company to find a car at the last minute, since it was an urgent matter (by the way, my credit card worked perfectly with the other rental). 0 out of 10 would do business again with this store, and I do not recommend it to anyone else.

Mitsubishi suv is a poorly designed vehicle and having a chance to rent one, I surely would not buy one. Speedometer barely visible on sunny days. Multiple position gearshift is ridiculous!. Take some time to test drive and look for function fit and form
