They literally didn't have any cars available. Multiple people there had reservations but we were all told that they didn't have any cars and maybe someone would bring back a car, in which case we could get one. Had to cancel the reservation and get one from Enterprise instead, almost missed a wedding.

The rental uses a near by hotel parking for returns. It was hard to find parking.

They didn’t have a car available. Only solution offered was wait between 2-4 hours for them to drive in cars. I was 5th on the waiting list for cars that were previously paid for and reserved.

Pick up and drop off very inconvenient, plus paid rental in advance, when I turned in car there was an extra 100. charge. Make sure you fully read the small print. I'm a hertz gold member and wa as really suprised hertz did this. Never seen it before. I will def look into other companies in future.

Got a nice jeep...

After waiting 2+ hours cuz they overbooked, made me very late for an appointment which caused me to be hit with a $45.00 fee so I really didn't save any money or time -it cost me more be and the location is very strange not very confident.

Had to take a taxi to another location which was $30 and then had to wait an hour for a car to be brought from the location we were at originally with an infant with us. Car had less than a half tank of gas and no one went over the condition of the car with us.

Easy to find & return

The car I ordered was not available, The up grade was a Dodge pickup. When we turned it in the bill went from $113.20 to $184.89. We didn't use it so we only drove from Long beach to LAX. I did call Avis and they will give me a credit bringing the bill down to $118.26.

Would not pickup even though I thought that was their thing and would have been nice to know I had to have a credit card and not a debit card. Had to leave and go to Avis. They got me right in a vehicle! Thanks, Avis!

The only negative was that when I called the pickup location to notify them that we were running late, they didn’t answer the phone and when I called back 10 mins later I was put on hold for over 20 mins before a human ever came on the line. Once arriving for the actual pickup though, it was very quick, efficient and friendly.

The drop off is really complicated; Parking 3 levels down in a garage section P- only in spaces numbered 2980 thru 3085, etc. write down your mileage and time on the Budget brochure or else you may be charged more, etc. Make sure you take a picture of where your car is parked for your own proof. Bring the keys back up to the valet kiosk by taking the elevator up from the garage. It’s a lot! But everyone was very nice!

First, I got the very last vehicle at the budget at westin, and this was at 10am. I lucked out. The vehicle was a newer versa, but it was dirty and filled with dog hair. I had to return it to the lb airport and exchange for another vehicle. I received a very hard driven 30k mile dodge charger, not in good condition, alot of dings, and dents and very dirty. Overall i was grateful for the exchange, but I had to go through quite a bit to get this 30k mile charger. Overall, it did the job and the workers at budget helped with the exchange.

I was told I couldn't pick up my reservation with my card it had to be the drivers card. I left without a car and had already paid for insurance. I am out of the $ put forth for the insurance and the plans I had were ruined because they required the car. Requirements should be listed during reservat
