Car had not been cleaned up but we appreciated the offer for a Prius Toyota instead of a Kia Soul.

My experience with State Van Rental was ok. The attended was professional and explained there process. What could have been better….. an updated van. I like how the attendant came and picked us up and drop us right off at the drop off area for our flight. In my next travel if a van is needed I will use them again.

We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.

Staff was great, car was great. Their computer system/check out was ridiculous. Took 20-30 min to check out each person, creating a line wrapped around the corner. It took us nearly 2 hrs to get helped. I know it was their system because the employees were working non-stop. No other location I have ever been to is like this. Would only rent from again if I knew they improved their check out.

Person at the counter is extremely polite and helpful. I love to rent from this location again.

Start with a full tank of gas. Then make it easier to have a customer pay tolls independently. Car had a strange odor to it as well.
