Cheap Car Rentals in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles

I was unable to collect the vehicle. I had forgotten my licence and as it was booked in my name even though we were adding a driver they would not allow it without my licence. So i tried ringing them in US but went to answer machine even though office hours and nobody rang me back. Im now owed £640!!

I arrived at LAX, and naturally had to go to SIXT close to LAX to pick up my rental, they had it in fine print that my pick-up location was 23 miles away. I got a cab the fare was about $80.00. not only SIXT would not refund me the cab fare but also not wave the fee of the return the rental car at the LAX branch, I had to pay an additional $95.00 or maybe a little more. I Talked to two different managers and none of the was helpful at all!!! Bad experience. M.A.R
