Cheap Car Rentals in Westwood, Los Angeles

The location didn't have our car so we had to drive to a second location to get it after they tried to have us leave in a 5 seater not the 7 seat car we reserved. Without so much as a word or an apology. A horrendous two hour experience.

Rental car agency was closed on Saturday so we could not pick up our car. It was impossible to get in touch with the actual agency where we had to do the pick-up. The service line was a disaster so we ended up wasting two entire days of our trip! On top of everything when the agent re-did our contract and applied the weekly rate, she did NOT say the rate would not apply if we returned the car earlier, which we obviously had to because it was time to leave. The store manager was the least courteous person I have ever met; he was rude, obnoxious and had no sense whatsover about customer service (I come from the travel industry). This rental ruined our entire vacation. We had to pay a higher amount than contracted for 3 days less! I will NEVER book Hertz again in my life... too bad, we've always been customers.

The location I used was very rude and honestly felt like they cold care less about my business. I arrived at the end of day to pick up my reservation, the car was filled with trash. When I mentioned this to the associate, he didn't care. I has to clean it out. During my rental the car lights came on for service. I had to put coolant in the car. I told a this to that associate upon my return. He did not offer to reimburse me or care about my suggestion to have the car checked. It was terrible customer service.

My only issue was that initially I didnt realize I would have to take a LYFT or UBER to get to the Midway on Sepulveda.

Service and car were fabulous. I highly recommend this company.

Reservation was made, showed up and they had no cars.

I asked for compact and they only had 1 car available which was a Kia soul. The car itself was dirty on the inside with lots of cosmetic damage on the outside. There were finger prints all over the back mirror. And my car smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke. I didn't change cars because I had a family emergency and also I'm sure they wouldn't have changed it since they said that was the last car. The man at the counter was nice though.

Liked the car I got. Couldn’t tell me how to get in or out of the facility.

Cancelled my reservation 3 hours before pick up. Entirely unhelpful when I called customer service. Had to book through another car rental provider
