The line was short and the the lady was extremely helpful. Getting to the car was very easy and it was clean and ready to go. The drop-off was also surprisingly easy with a free shuttle to terminal. I would definitely use again.

They did a bait and switch on me at Heathrow by claiming that as my flight arrived early they didn't have a car available in the class I booked. So what they had was 250% higher. As I was there for my mother's 100 birthday, and they are well away from all other rental companies, I had to accept it. However I will never rent from them again

No one was at the Sixt counter to collect the car, and after waiting 30 minutes, I called the Sixt helpline, only to find an automated message saying my booking had been cancelled. That meant I had to book another car with a rental company whose desk was manned at twice the cost of the original. I am absolutely disgusted with both Sixt and Kayak for not informing me of the cancellation, and leaving me in the lurch after a 10 hour flight and I will not be using either again.
