Very easy and fast, clean and reliable car at a good price!

Although the car was a big one, and of a well known brand (BMW), we found it difficult to get in to and out of, compared to our own small Japanese cars (Mazda, Toyota or Honda). Trying to squeeze 5 passengers (including the driver) was also uncomfortable. Besides, the built-in GPS system was complicated to operate. The BMW roadside service was helpful in that regard, however.

Seamless checking process and the car itself drove like a dream. Drop off was also super easy, I just left the keys on the counter and didn’t have to wait.

Misleading advice from the customer service team at Marseille led to the eventual cost of the rental doubling
