The truck was great. Unfortunately it got a flat tire. Thank goodness the spare was in the truck. Enterprise called AAA but the tech said he couldn’t change it for some reason. My husband ended up changing it himself. Not what we expected when we rented the truck. I guess it’s not Enterprise’s fault but I feel they should have inspected the tires before renting it to us.

Unfortunately at pickup they were very overwhelmed with customers and it took an hour to get my vehicle. This was a Sunday and not many other (if any) car rental places are open on a Sunday in the immediate area. However, they were friendly throughout and even made a helpful suggestion that I agreed to, and also allowed me to drop the vehicle back off about 45 min late the next day. Drop off was pretty quick.

The car I reserved was not available and there were no others available. I had someone drive me 30 minutes to get there which could have been prevented if they had called me. I was very disappointed not to have a car after I had a confirmation number and was really counting on it. The workers in the store were nice, though.

Avis states they do not do credit checks but refused to take my debit card payment without checking my credit. I have never had my credit checked when obtaining a rental especially using a debit hard associated to a physical bank

It was the classic Seinfeld rental car episode. I showed up to a lot full of cars, but there were no cars for me. They took my reservation but they didn’t hold it. Terrible service. I had no car and the attendant couldn’t guarantee I would have car that day - despite my having a reservation. I told her to cancel it. She wasn’t fazed at all and she made no effort to help me find a car. She didnt apologize. Terrible service. -10 out of 10

I reserved a car. Paid for a Uber to get to the Budget location. Once I arrived, was told there actually isn’t a car available. Had to pay for another Uber home. Waste of my time and money. It’s okay that there isn’t a car but do have the courtesy to let customers know ahead of time.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never finalized the rental. I hate their policy. I hate I paid ahead of time. I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY FULL REFUND. I left there HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO CAR......... The staff were not professional, and the place was dirty inside.

Their policy NEEDS a lot of improvement. The process was a long, drawn out ridiculous MESS!!!!! I felt like I was being FORCED to add collision to my insurance policy, just to rent a vehicle. I have Liability on my personal vehicle. I was NOT gonna pay more money, just to rent a vehicle for the weekend. I EXPECT MY REFUND, AND PROMISE NOT TO EVER DEAL WITH Next car, AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pick-up was the slowest I have experienced in over 30 years renting cars. Only 2 people ahead of us, but we were there for almost 1 hour! The car was dirty and smelled heavily to cigarette. It was cheap, though

Nothing to like in this place

The cars are Filthy inside out. they don't take time to clean them, i had to change 3 cars to finally agree on one. the first one had a bold tires, the second one had scratches all over the car but you can't determine the damages as the body is dirty. the last one was OK with a bad tire sensor that kept displaying an error every time you start the car plus a change oil message that kept prompting. If i have time i would report them to the BBB. Not worth the money i paid. VERY disappointing that kayak list them on their website. i use to trust kayak!

The car was decent but smelled funny, change the oil light was on.

Service was terrible, was promised unlimited miles before booking but it wasnt true, they said faster checkout with a major credit card but still had to jump through many loops to prove I had my own insurance even after acknowledging that my credit card would cover me, a way for them to try and sell me unnecessary add ons. Tried to explain it to the associate but she shrugged me off telling me it's policy, false advertising is what it is.

The car worked.

They were rude when we picked up the car, they were incredibly rude when calling our insurance provider, whom we know personally. They were incredibly vague about the drop-off policy and threatened an abandonment fee when I even brought it up. I called corporate to resolve the issue and the people I spoke to, serveral people, we're even more rude, dismissive, and insulting. I was out in hold mid-sentence and transferred without any notification to the stor, which had no idea why I'd been transferred. I completely regret using them. The car had an air freshener hanging from the nirror, but still smelled.

The facility was not at the airport. The facility was closed before I was even reasonably able to travel the 30 minutes from the airport to get there. They transfer you to their "sister" company at the airport and apply "airport" fees to hike up your reservation. They steal your money with a smile on their face.
