Once someone came to the desk, the pickup and dropoff was quick and painless. The size of the car was as promised in my booking online, the price was cheaper than other locations close to Cedar Falls, and the car was pretty clean on the interior.

The front seats of my Hyundai Sonata were extremely uncomfortable and I drove the vehicle for 24+ hours... the bar under the driver and passenger seat made me and my passenger's tailbone extremely sore and my friend even said she could feel the bruise days later after the trip. Also, the trunk reeked of vinegar and was still wet so the thick cardboard box I had in the back with various grocery/pantry items soaked through and when I picked it up all of the items fell through the bottom. I had to remove the outer box of the cereal and other items and place into grocery sacks. Luckily, my pillow was on top of my luggage and only the outside of my luggage bag was damp.

We expected a Ford Escape but received a Nissan Murano. Very nice vehicle for our trip.

The previous renter smoked in the car even tho they have a non-smoking policy. The car was not detailed and had gunk in the cup holders, etc. The insurance was horrid - $30 extra per day. We paid a few dollars more than what Kayak said, but the insurance was a joke. I'll never rent from Avis again ever.

I thought I had the car rented for 7:30AM - but did not get there until 8:09. The counter gal pulled up aside of me with the same car I rented while I was sitting there - shortly after 8AM. As there was no one at the counter, the sign said to call a number which I did. Whoever answered told me they had been trying to call me at my cell number. The phone was laying on the seat beside me, and there was no call history regarding these 'calls'. He told me the car wouldn't be available until 10AM, or later...even though it obviously was sitting there. I needed to be in OKC that day - then let it sit for 2.5hrs. Obvious they didn't wash it - because it was dirty when I got in it. No clue what was going on with it. I even drove to Enterprise in-between. Had they had a car, I would have been gone, and the car could have just sat there. But they didn't. The last time I rented from the airport, the guy was pissed I rented off the NET at a lower price, and instead of giving me the car I rented - which would have been a Camry, he decided I needed to drive a Nissan about the size of a butter box. I also was going to OKC at that time. I drove it. No clue how the motor stayed in it - but I drove it. Figured if I blew it up, at least I would have gotten what I wanted in the first place. I will try my best never to rent from Waterloo Airport again. This is just bullshit.

There number at office go’s to vm and no check out to mark cars damage. I booked it before but it was not ready when I got there had to come back the next day. Horrible experience. I’ll only use enterprise like I should have.

Only 1 person at check-in with 6 people waiting...he had to do everything...input computer, go outside to find the car, pull it up, etc. Took way too long b4 we could get on the road. He was quite stressed out.

Lady at drop off was really nice and a pleasure to work with in West Allis

Payed for impala got a Cruze. Extremely low tire pressure. Had to take time to properly inflate. Dangerously low tire pressure. Car was not pulled up or ready. Enterprise next time!
