The ladies who helped us out were very nice, and made sure that we were satisfied wth the rental.

I didn't like that we got charged for a full tank of gas when we only used a quarter, but it was a cheap overall rental, so still not a huge deal.

Good and Bad: Good: The Toyota Camry was very. The Abilene, Texas airport Avis counter was excellent. The 355 mile drive was comfortable. The car was clean and gas mileage was very good. Bad: There was construction in Oklahoma that slowed our trip some. We arrived at the Tulsa International Airport one hour late (3:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM). Avis charged us for another full day with no consideration for roadway circumstances. This brought the total for a 25-hour, 355 mile rental of a to $320.00, doubling the cost. Would not recommend or book again with Avis.

Although it's been awhile since I rented, he went up and beyond to find my Wizard number. Quick check out and check in. The car was comfortable, but had a feature that apparently stops the engine when at a stop. I really didn't like this feature of the vehicle. Otherwise, a very good rental!

In person customer service members were great. The car was dirty on the inside, makeup on the side of the drivers seat, some kind of dried substance on the passenger door/floor, general build up.

I had forgot the cable of my iPhone charger in the car. I had dropped the keys in the box and locked the car. I went back and the cable was there but no attendant was present. I came back few hours later and they reported that the car has not been cleaned but sure enough the cable was gone and no one has seen it. Very unprofessional behavior to say the least.

I had spoken with someone to be sure my daughter, traveling with her 4 month old son to visit her husband at the Air Force base, would have no problems. I gave my credit card to pay for the rental and when she got there, they said she would have to pay with her own card, which had a limit of $300 and not enough for the deposit. I am very disappointed that she had to go through what she experienced. I won’t use Budget or Avis (same company) again.

Flight was delayed 7 hours. Rental car desk was closed at the airport when I arrived. Cost me an additional $60 in taxi charges to go to and from hotel the night of arrival and next day to then pickup the car. Rental car charges began at noon that day, so I had to pay a full day for the rental even though I just got the car at 8am. Not a good business.

Car info system kept advising of tire problem and escalated warnings. Emergency assistance operator of minimum help, sent us to a closed business. Multiple subsequent attempts to get in touch with assistance line, calls went unanswered for over ten minutes (timed) before we gave up and hung up. Luckily the problem was not severe.

I typically dont have issues with Hertz vehicles. The staff is friendly and gets the job done.

Inside of car was dirty when I received it. Also, car didn't have windshield wiper fluid. Would suggests having another person on call in case of vehicle emergencies. There is only one person working the front desk, and when I tried to drop my car off it took a lot longer because there was a break down that had to be handled, leaving no one at the desk.

The office is disgusting. Very dirty. The cove base is ripped up along the walls. There were dead insects all over the waiting room and bathroom.

When I went to get in the car it was on empty. I had to wait for them to go fill it up before I could leave. As I made this reservation several MONTHS in advance. It would be nice if the car was ready to be picked up at the time I reserved.

Pick-up & Drop-off were easy. While dropping off, the agent was only apologetic for my inconvenience for the vehicle I was given and for the customer service when picking up. Apologizing didn’t make my experience any better nor did it satisfy me.

Aside from apologizing and feeling bad for the inconvenience I faced, Agent should have done more and satisfy me so that I would come again to rente with Enterprise.
