There was not a vehicle available when I arrived even though I called Alamo directly to confirm. I am extremely disappointed.

They did not have a car despite a confirmed reservation. Basically said tough luck and could have cared a less about their incompetence.

The rental was extended and then it became very pricey.

I booked this rental, and then the morning of, I received a call that they had no vehicles left to rent.

No worries about my conformation. Pickup was quick and easy.

A van that was not broke, wasting 3+ hours figuring out how to resolve it myself, and an unsympathetic branch that offered a measly 10% off the rental after having safety issues in a van with 3 adults and 4 children.

I wish I would’ve known what kind of car I was going to get before picking up. I was a little disappointed in the features. The lane departure warning kept making the steering wheel vibrate when I was in the middle of lanes, the radio didn’t have Apple car play so getting around in an unfamiliar area was more difficult.

Arrived at counter and they had no record of my reservation. Staff rude and not helpful. There were no other cars available to rent! So my husband and I were stranded in Memphis and Oxford for 4 days with no choice but to Uber

The staff is a little rude, but overall I loved the rental

Did not have the vehicle that the contract called for and was told a few hours before pickup that the car was waiting. It took 45 minutes for them to prepare the contract. There was a general feeling that they did not know what they were doing. I knew the manager and she was helpful.
