Cheap Car Rentals in Flagami, Miami

The guy working the front desk was outstanding and upgraded us to a Genesis! I will definitely go back to this location on my next trip to Miami.

I will never use Kayak to rent a car. I requested that I get the car in Miami so that I could drive it down to Key West and drop it off at the location in Key West. Unfortunately the reservation did not reflect that when it was sent over to Hertz.

The cabin was loaded with German roaches. They traded my van to a smaller van had to rent another vehicle to compensate. Can't get a hold of anyone when calling to get price adjustment for the smaller van. Horrible experience.

Fist of all. The car I booked was not the car I got. I reserved in online in advance., They didn’t not notified at all. I got there from the airport to pick the car, the staff was re y rude and not helpful at all.we decided to get another from them as we was already there. So we pick another from the parking lot only to be told it wasn’t clean and they can’t give it to us..so we pick another one as we loading our luggage in the car, the same car that we was told needed to be cleaned, we stood there and watch another customer got in and drove off SHM. They are very unprofessional, rude and have major attitude. I will never rent a car from enterprise again.
