Staff does not pay attention and does not provide decent customer service. I had to wait an entire hour after my appointment because there were absolutely no cars available. I was not acknowledge when I walked in, when I went to the desk the agent just looked at me didn't ask if I needed a reservation, did I have one nothing of the sort. The car that I was expecting they didn't have it. It was a very unorganized location.
CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone either needs retraining or the store needs to have all new employees

Only thing i liked is that there was a guy who spoke spanish. Dislike: extra charge, no reservation at all. No cars available, more than 1 hr of waiting for a car, not for the car we reserved, etc
I rent 8 seats car, but they have no in stock when I go for pickup, not give me any solutions at the store, also customer service not solve the situation. I pay uber to pick up the car, and finally I have to pay uber again to go back to hotel without any car of enterprise. They ruined our family holidays.
Easy to rent, drop off was available in any Miami office free of charge, and they took the car 30 minutes before the office opened. Will rent again with them
There was no cars when I arrived. It said it had SUV. There were more appointments then cars available. I had to leave and take a car I didn’t want or reserved. The car was suppose to be detailed clean and was not. The only positive thing was that Obila, who took care of me, was professional and patient and tried very hard to provide me with a vehicle. It’s not there fault that the system kept saying there were cars when there weren’t any. It’s a computer mess ….
I ordered a car from MIA airport but Kayak recommended a car rental that was 30 minutes offsite from the airport that closed just before my flight arrived. The airport location hurtz couldn't help as they had no cars available. Very disappointed in all parties here.
The car we initially purchased was a convertible and I put in Miami airport but apparently that car was 40 miles from the airport. I couldn't just cancel and get a new car I had to jump through some hoops I will not ever again purchase from anyone except for directly from the car company.

Transperacy. If I rent a car online and pay in full online why would I get another bill for the same transaction? I get contract charges like not bringing the vehicle back with full gas, or if the car was damaged, but I paid about $150 for the rental online and now HERTZ is billing me $220 more? Y?

Had the reservation at the wrong location...the folks at the airport rental counter told me to call an uber. Instead I used the reservation number to change the location...and even saved money!

The lady that helped us with our reservation was extremely rude. She told my uncle to "shut up". She never told us anything regarding car pickup and drop off. We ordered a toll free car but we didn't receive one. We had to pay more than $100 extra because hertz made the mistake. Kayak charged us for the toll free car. At hertz the manager says that's not how it works. We get charged with taxes, tolls and on top of that learn that the airport has 35% tax rate. The rude lady never said that we had to drop the car off at miami lake instead of miami airport although we asked several times. At the airport she acted like she knew nothing and lied about telling my uncle to "shut up". Kayak and hetz are definitely the WORST. Don't even get me started on customer support.
