The car was infested with roaches. I had no idea until I opened a can of soda, and ordered some fast food and placed the bag on the passenger seat. They came swarming out of no where!!! It was horrific and gross to say the least. Company was barely apologetic. How can I upload pics as proof on this site?? Waiting for corporate office to call me back. They're taking their sweet little time. Smh. Please read my full review with pics on yelp of the entire experience. I can't even make a story like this up.

We made a reservation. Got a ride to the location where they told us that they in fact did not have a car for us, but we could pay more for an upgrade. Never had that happen before, usually if a location runs out of the car they said that had for you, you get a upgrade for free. Completely useless.

Nothing. I felt bad for the employee who had to deal with us though.

Reserved a car, showed up and they had no cars, told we could wait around for an unknown amount of time with a dozen people on the "waiting list" ahead of us. We were forced to rent for more than double the price, last minute, from a competitor. None of the companies involved offered any compensation, a voucher, nothing except a "go F--- yourself." I'll never use Enterprise again, nor book any rental car through Kayak.

Sunpass should improve, it's crazy to charge people 60 dollars for a few days, you should charge 3 or 4 dollars per day plus tolls, that make sense, 60 dollars it's a robbery

poor vehicle maintenance. Tires are worn out too much, wiper need to be replaced. Almost had me into a crash due to a worn out wiper. the staff is friendly and helpful.

well first I was given a car when i went to the car someone else was issued that car, went back up with my luggage, told them they checked and that was the case, they issued another car went to the car battery was dead, went back up , they issued another car went tot he car and that one was ok , but the back and forth and there was no compensation and they ended charging me for bringing the car back under an hour . not taking into account the hour plus with the back and forth for changing the cars,

They could have compensated me for the hassel of the three attemps instead on charging me an extra day for getting the car back some minutes later

When you try to call Sixt they are bad at responding or answering the phone. No communication at all except getting your money in the beginning. 🥴

They didnt give me a full tank of gas upon pick up. Tried to charge me for misc. things. Claimed I dented the back of the car (I didnt). The car itself was fine....not great. not worth the money.

I was very happy with the car and the price considering I was dropping off at a different location. The car was very clean, comfortable and gave me no problems all the way from Miami to Roanoke.

But was not happy about the ridiculously over priced fee for one extra day! It just did not make any sense and made the whole journey too expensive. So I will never book and then add days on later!
