Cheap Car Rentals in Riverwest, Milwaukee

was able to rent a car and got the confirmation but when i came to the location they had no cars available.

Email gave wrong pick-up address. Correct location closed at exact time of scheduled pickup. Agent on phone unhelpful and a car was not available at any other location. I had to cancel altogether.

I needed to cancel within the 24-hour cancellation period and while the cancellation was accepted I did not receive a refund. Half an hour before the original reservation was supposed to be picked up, I received a call from Hertz saying that they didn't have the car. They left no other options or a number to call back. I still did not receive a refund until I filed a chargeback two days later. Very frustrating experience.

I did not like the car I got! I did not like not having the option to upgrade! Service was basic and nonchalant.

It was great! The staff was extremely busy and I observed them taking care of all who waited professionally and efficiently. They had a couple of tough situations and demands too! Return process was easy and quick too.

Enterprise always does an excellent job.

Staff is first class. I’m making this the go to for my rental needs. Will recommend this store on Val Phillips in downtown Mke to my plethora of traveling clients and guest. The airport location should be trained by this staff. Airport staff are very rude and unhelpful.

Had to make an hour of calls to the delivery spot from downtown to switch to the airport. Tried signing up with the app, and didn't see any in-person options for rescheduling/switching airports. Would have preferred to be able to see the various alternatives

I asked for a car at MKE airport, and you made the reservation at Budget downtown!! Fortunately, Budget at the airport corrected it.

I received a call 2 hours prior to the time I had reserved the car and they said there were no cars available and that they had to cancel my reservation.

They called the cancel the reservation an hour and a half before pickup, and didn’t help in locating a new car. I was charged a full day for returning a car 41 minutes late, despite the drop off directions not clear and requiring a wait for an attendant. I don’t know how this company is in business
