Cheap Car Rentals in Montréal-Nord, Montreal

I didn't get the type of vehicle we wanted (small SUV) but the substitute car was good. There were a lot of vehicles on their lot but most were being held back from recent recall issues from manufacturers.

I RESERVED A TOYOTA RAV 4 AND GOT A KIA SOUL AT THE SAME PRICE AND ITS A LOWER CATEGORY . THERE WAS A RAV 4 ON THE PARKING LOT . ALSO I DID NOT GET MY POINTS FOR THIS RENTAL MEMBRE # HD9THPH

I would not reccomend this pickup location, the facilities were lacking, the staff, who only really spoke french, bearly just did his job and did not provide any assistance to answer questions, and the drop off which was not possible out of office hours was parking the vehicle and giving the key to a staff member with no confirmation of the correct receival of the vehicle and its status.
