I had no issues in terms of the service provided by the Alamo reps in both Dorval and at Ottawa Airport. The only issue I had was that I had reserved a Toyota RAV 4 and yet they gave me a smaller car and charged me the same price. The drive from Dorval to Ottawa was not very comfortable in the small Mazda.

No one at counter at 10:55pm. Couldn’t get car. We were not only party. Next morning we were told that they canceled reservation and had no cars available. Talked with hertz in person downtown Montreal. Same story, but added they were short staffed so they couldn’t help us. Thankfully found a car at another company for one way rental.

We had a reservation for 0800. They had us waiting for more than 2 hours before we can get a car. Not even the one we had booked in the first place. There was about 20-30 others person waiting.. in the same situation. Really bad management problem.

Pick up and drop off were easy for an off site airport location. The car was in very good shape.

Many hidden fees. The total was more than double the original quote price. During paperwork I had even asked what the new price would be with the mandatory insurance, and I was told the quote plus the insurance which was a price far less than what I ended up being charged. If you rent from them, demand an invoice in advance so you know exactly what you'll be paying. I personally would not rent from them again.

I specifically made my reservation two weeks in advance because I needed a minivan, however when I arrived to EZ Rent a Car, there were none available, and no reasonable accommodations or compensation was offered. They didn't seem to care, at all. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with EZ Rent a Car again.

Nothing. This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. They did not have the car (minivan) that I reserved. Worse yet, the person at the counter (bald guy) was shockingly rude and started yelling at me. I've never seen or experienced anything like this before and hopefully never again.

Worst experience ever. Please use one of other rental companies across YUL. EZ is fly-by-night operation off-airport. Have to call for shuttle (waited for 30 mins). Didn't have car I reserved. Service was extremely rude, arguing that he didn't know b/c "computer was down," and yelling at me.

The only thing to like was that compared to other rentals, the signing of documents was quicker. Everything else was a hassle and you always felt like something was going to go wrong. Very inconvenient location relative to the YUL airport and did not have the right car.

- Website say location of “economic” in the airport, but “economic” is not in the airport, I walk with my family during winter for more than 30 minutes. Website say false information - Ofice of “economic” is a old and small house without chairs for the customers - Counter person is very rude, don’t have training in customer service - Counter person was asking me pay $45 per day for insurance, but I never pay insurance because I have insurance car in Canada for my cars. Finally I show a proof of my insurance and pay $60 for the 5 days of rental. - I rented a Toyota Corolla or similar but I finally received a big car (KIA Carnival) with a hight gas consumption

To deal with Economy Rent A Car is a headache. I forgot I had had a bad experience back in 2016. But not to have a toll free number to contact Kayak as frustrating as dealing with Economy.

Please partner with companies that will increase people trust in your brand, not with companies that will make you look as bad as they are like ECONOMY

Very Nice Car. Staff at Dorval was very professional friendly and helpsul. With out a doubt this was the best caar rental experience I have had in the past k50 years. Up grade was appreciated. Price for this t rip most reasonable.

No owners guide in car. had to hunt to get the gas fill door open.

The car was clean and ready and the value for the money is great.

The people that work at the front desk are terrible. The lady that give me the keys and did all the paperwork barely wanted to work that morning, and every question She did not answer it well. Also I could not understand her at all. They don’t check the car in front of you, they just make you sign that everything is fine with the car without seeing it.

Promised me a standard car(Jetta) before taking my cc and drivers license. Tried to up-sell me to an import luxury, I refused. He dropped me down to a compact car and said “He can do anything, he can even give me economy” I refused to proceed with the rental and went elsewhere.
