Until this day I have received zero feedback regarding compensation.

Je me suis présentée à l’adresse précisée sur ma confirmation il n’y avait pas de voiture et le local était fermé ! En appelant l’entreprise ils m’ont dit qu’il n’y avait tt simplement pas de voiture pour moi!! C une honte! J’ai du louer à la dernière minute à un particulier !
