Cheap Car Rentals in Airport / Seven Oaks, Nashville

Everything was good, beside price of Insurance and drop off charge as origin of car was from FL, which means that I returned it for them...

All the employees I dealt with during the pickup/dropoff process were very nice and helpful.

Long line in Nashville and poor telephone customer service.

Didn’t even get our car. The pickup line was a disaster. We stood in it for hours and they ran out of cars!

Pick up was easy. Dollar, Hertz and one other vendor were co-located and each was able to assist with the other's customers. Therefore, my wait was minimal. My only issue was trying to figure out what I needed to do to return before they opened at the airport. As it turned out the informaiton was on the envelope and on signs at the airport. Still, I didn't realize that at the time so I tried to call without success. It turned out to be no problem, just left the keys in the car.

I was a little concerned renting from a company that is fairly unknown but it turned out to be a great choice! The car was almost brand new and the whole process was simple and easy. Their website was a little difficult to maneuver because I kept getting the information in a different language. I ended up calling a very nice gentleman to change my pickup time and he took care of it all within a couple of minutes!! When we returned the car, there was a very nice young man that made that process a breeze! I would definitely recommend this company because it did seem to be a little cheaper and everyone that I met was very nice and helpful!
