Cheap Car Rentals in Nassau City, Nassau

I made the reservation with Kayak, called the morning of pickup only to find out the location was closed. I tried the airport location but no-one answered the phone there. Called Kayak and they advised since my card was not charged and no-one is answering just go ahead and book somewhere else. Got a rental from another local non-franchise company.

Customer service at Budget was excellent!

Car was identified as having no damage, Various visible damage to paint and a dent in the hatchback were identified to a Budget employee and that was noted on the appropriate condition sheet, but car should not have been identified as damage free. Windshield was smudged when car was picked up - not really dirt y, but certainly not recently cleaned. Car needed new shocks, Ride was noisy and unnecessarily bumpy. Car needed new windshield wipers, First minutes of use left windshield with bad streaks for about five minutes until rain washed away streaks. Old, tired rubber on blades was the issueand new wiper blades ought to have been installed weeks previously.
