Better than the last few times renting from this location.

Like - Location was close by. Booking through Kayak was a breeze Could have been better - Better Budget customer service. They gave me a flat tire car. Even though I went back in and told them about it, I was told that was due to weather. Never took time to come and check the tire. They blamed it on bad sensor. Drove 3 miles and parked at place of accomodation. Flat tire the next day. Assistance and swapping took close to 4 hours. Almost missed flight back.

New Haven CT airport is terrible. Rental car team was outstanding, the rental counter and area need to be upgraded, a lot.

The vehicle was filthy seats, windows I wiped down the interior then had to clean the front windshield if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for a different car!

Avis did not have a car available. Customer service did not bother to call to let us know. So we wasted an hour going to pick up a nonexistent rental car
