Very friendly staff in New York and very efficient drop off in Boston Logan.

Hideously expensive, but that’s Manhattan. Otherwise fine.

The staff at the Thrifty W 83 St New York is efficient and friendly. The car was fine. However, when we tried to add a day to our rental, it was impossible. At the various numbers we called , they told us that the only way to add a day to our rental was to go in person to Thrifty Corporate office, a preposterous offer. We gave up and did not add a day. When I told the staff at Thrifty W 83 St about this, while returning the car, they said they had never heard of such a policy.

Great customer service, friendly staff, and they gave me a freaking Tesla out of nowhere. 10/10 great experience

Office closed at 3:00 pm on Friday. I assumed it was open until 5:00 pm I should have been contacted to let me know. The staff was exceptionally pleasant courteous and helpful. Great staff.

The staff were very friendly and professional, they were a pleasure to deal with. The car was also nice.

Enterprise was closed at the time I rented the car to be picked up

The car was obviously not cleaned. There was food all over the back seat. Garbage in the passenger side door, and foot prints all over the dash and the windshield which was just gross. I asked for some money back, but did not receive it.

Timely service .. very nice.
