Cheap Car Rentals in Roosevelt Island, New York

There was no vehicle when I arrived, even though I had reserved online the day before and received a confirmation number and receipt. The attendant said I should have called ahead of time to give them time to reserve a car, but isn't that what a reservation is for? They said they were all sold out and had no way of getting a car. I was stranded at the location for hours until I could get a ride. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Just all around nothing works and it is bad.

The ease of getting the car even though I had just booked the vehicle when I landed. And the friendly customer service in general but more specifically from Roberta.

Renting the car. There was no pressure to take extra insurance. The procedure was smooth. Opening hours on a Sunday could be la bit onger. If you arrive to New York Sunday morning to pick up the car it can be difficult.

The picture of the car I was supposed to get was not the same size I got and it wasn’t ready at the time I got there. Had to wait a bit but the staff at the pickup location was great and the staff at Spokane was also great! overall a good experience. Made the smaller size car work but shouldn’t have been advertised as a larger vehicle. Thank you

The pickup was in a strange yard with a tiny trailer to wait in. My complaint is that the girl who checked us in just took my credit card and disappeared and when she gave us the receipt it appears she charged us for optional insurance that we did not want. We never signed any paperwork. It was odd.

Car wasn’t ready at reservation time, but the coupon eased the pain.
