The car was in good shape

Overall customer service. The entire staff just didn’t care. The attendant who pulled up the car was on her phone cackling obnoxiously in the middle of my transaction. The man who did the walk-around didn’t offer to help with baggage or go over any features, benefits of the vehicle. overall, poor

Drop off was super easy

Called a month ahead of trip and asked if debit cards are accepted. Was informed that they would accept a debit card but a higher deposit is required. No problem there, but upon arrival was then told I'd be charged an extra $30 per day on top of the higher deposit for the daily damage waiver insur.

I rented a car in advance and the rental company at the airport closed earlier than their stated closing time and I missed the rental. So I had to rent another car and lost the $200 because it’s non refundable due to 3rd party rental. I will rent directly from the rental company from now on.

the rental place was NOT at the airport and closed at 1:00 PM on Saturday! It did not mention that at all and I was not able to pick up the car. I had to taxi there and then back to the airport since it was closed! So very disappointed in this entire experience and want a full refund.

State that pick up is NOT at airport and must taxi to place, explain the place closes at 1:00 ON A SATURDAY!

The car had scratches on the exterior and interior. Plastic wrappers, food, and dirty napkins found under the seat. I was worried about documenting these issues and did not record the starting mileage. When I returned the car, I was charged for an extra 300 miles. No way was that possible.

Transparency with enterprise agents. Woman verbally stated I would need to fill gas tank to 1/4 and never stated miles. When I returned the car, I believe she input the wrong starting mileage and also on contract said I need to fill gas to 1/2. Double check everything at this location.

Good service

Our initial car was not very clean and then started to have engine trouble so we had to change cars mid way during our trip. Also I have not received my receipt! In addition I thought our pick up spot was at the airport but it turned out is was not and we had to Uber to the location.

Nice car but not enough explanation on how to operate the features of the car.

Getting to the rental location was difficult, no clear direction on where and how to get a pick up. Everything is on an app. and that is a pain if you phone is no working well.

Please ensure that u add additional time to your booking in the beginning itself. They charged me for 2 whole additional days for returning the car about 3 hours late. Also, the Audi Q3 is not the best option for a long drive. The car hydroplaned massively on wet road conditions in upstate NY. Seat quality and ride quality left a whole lot to be desired. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t be recommending.

The great Audi A5 and the quick/convenient pickup and drop off.

The App is essential and I was only recommended to get it ahead of time. Tell the customer that it is required, so they will have all info loaded ahead of time.

The cost is high high, but it was expected. The pick-up spot gate was closed and there is no parking for those who come with a car.

It was a small operation. I hadn’t seen on like it in a long time. The two ladies that attended me were so sweet and funny.

The car didn’t have Bluetooth that was the only thing.

For starters, on the day of pick up the woman at the reservation counter called and ask me if I can pick up the car earlier than my reserved time because she wanted to go home early. When I picked up the car she wanted to charge me for miles

Easy to get to, shuttle driver was really nice. Not many people there so easy in and out.

They took a deposit and it was not returned within a week, which is when I am writing this review. Spoke on the phone with them yesterday, was told they would refund money that day, but not done. An unprofessional operation - there was no receipt given at return.

Good on gas. Remember, Jersey has gas station attendants. You do not pump your own gas.

2012 vehicle. Bubble on front right tire. Windshield wiper smacking right pilar. Many nicks and dings over the entire car which, as it turns out, blended in with most vehicles in Jersey... Only after you make to reservation you find out where the rental location is. Take the train to the "hotel pickup". Don't go to the "Rental Car" station. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY!

Finding the pick-up location was a huge hassle. It's tucked under a parking garage next to a hotel. Can't see the signage from the street.

the car was very old and was malfunctioning. I could barely drive up-hill as the engine was stalling. I had difficulty passing other cars as I couldn't accelerate due to engine problems, I guess? This car should have not been in service as it wasn't safe for the driver or for the passing traffic. Additionally, Ace charged me $350 on my credit card even though I prepaid for the rental. I never got a receipt for the charge and I'm disputing it with my credit card. Ace office was old and smelly, the employees were smoking cigarettes in the office. Terrible experience for a car rental. I will never use ACE again
