Worst experience I had traveling. My car was stuck in the middle of nowhere and was stranded for hours and has to pay 100s of dollars for a rental

The rental was moved from the original booking location to the airport, which put a significant burden on getting the car. When I arrived at the airport, they told me that they couldn't actually transfer the rental agreement, despite confirming that on the phone. Half an hour later after trying to move the rental agreement, I had to make an entirely new booking for more money than my original rental agreement.

Very pushy to upsell insurance and every other option. And then when you return there are ridiculous hidden fees for everything. It really adds up to being more expensive than other premium providers. Never again!

The staff were friendly, the car was clean, and it was affordable.

It took a lot of paperwork and time to rent the car. It was nearly an hour from when I entered the location to when I got the keys. I wish more of the paperwork could have been done online beforehand.

When I arrived for my pickup the location had no car for me. I was forced to get to another location where they wanted to charge me twice the rate for another car. Very poor experience overall. The location made no attempt to try to help me.

After spending 15 Euro on taxi to get to Enterprise, we were told there weren’t actually any cars available for the day. No offer to give us a ride back to our flat, no offer to see if other Enterprise locations had cars. VERY dissatisfied.
