They texted me two days before my reservation saying they didn’t have either of the vans I rented. The manager had the nerve to say on the phone “a reservation isn’t a guarantee”. If it isn’t a guarantee then why would I ever reserve a car with enterprise again? Anyway, it was a major bummer. Had to cancel my whole staff party that we put so much work into planning because I couldn’t find another two 16 passenger vans for a reasonable price. :(
Everything was great. The folks that checked us in and went over the car were super polite and helpful at pickup. Dropoff was seamless and fast. Great experience!

Drop off very quick and easy.
No traveller's info transfered to the rental so we had to wait while they entered it all manually. Total cost was 31% higher than the estimate.
Took over an hour to get the car.
Got a text minutes before my reserved pick-up time telling me that it was cancelled. Called them up, and they shrugged it off.
Car needed a wash, needed air in tires, inside of windshield was dirty, rear tag expired as of June, insurance card and registration expired

The car was very nice. It took us a minute to get accustomed to the electronic features because they were so different than our car at home. The drop off was super easy but the pickup was about a 45 minute wait in line.

The car was in excellent condition! Overall a good professional place!
The car was not ready when I went for the pick up and I have been asked to come 1 hour later. Received a smaller car than the one I booked and the car was dirty in the inside and the outside.
Unfortunately didn’t like my experience at this location.
It took two hours and forty five minutes to pick up the car I booked online. They gave me less than half tank gas and charged me $20 for his. Customer service was horrible and the office smelled terrible

The car was in great condition, and, due to them being short on intermediate cars, we got a free upgrade.
Pickup took nearly an hour, since the car was not clean when we arrived.

Comfort, quality of car.
Car had a weird smell like the tried to cover up smoking or something.
Car was old & some function was not working, For example, right winker was broken,
Needed to cancel and was not able. Insurance that sold us was not good. Will never book through Kayak again. Sad
The Avis employee at pickup gave me a car which reeked of cigarette smoke and tried to tell me it was just someone's perfume. I insisted on another car, which also smelled like smoke but, since the previous car's much stronger smell was still in my nose, I did not notice until after I had left the lot. The inside of the windows were also so filthy that I had to buy glass cleaner and paper towels to wipe them down myself.
The drop-off representative was very helpful and understanding of the issues we faced with our car rental.
The car had no windshield wiper fluid and no UBS ports so we couldn't charge our phones and have the benefit of a nav system.
I picked my car on Friday 4/2/2021 and sropped off the same day at a dfferent location. On Monday, I received an email that I was a no-show for my rental pick upi and that a charge of $50 will be applied to my credit card. I tried to call but the cale was disconnected twice and after that there was a problem wtih a website. Absolutely a dishonest service! I am shocked!
