Kayak was trash. Couldn’t get a car phone call wasn’t answered. Trash trash trash

Good price/quality. But the pickup staff was extremely grumpy and not listening to any requests

Drop off was a breeze. Pick up took 3 hours. Manager came out after 2 and a half hours in line. Decided to take people out of line that had made their reservations any day but the same day. The. Created a new line with these customers. Then proceeded to help these customers then once they were helped she disappeared again. She left only two individuals at the front counter helping the rest of a very long line. Extremely poor management.

The car they gave me was in ratty condition, including being out-of-alignment and pick-marked with dents & scratches. MOST IMPORTANT: They stressed that I return the car with a full tank of gas (which is normal), but they didn’t warn me that the nearest gas station is a well-known target for robbers. I had approx. $5,000 worth of personal belongs stolen in a smash & grab at that gas station, and, when I reported it to Fox, they said, “Yeah. We know that’s a bad spot.” What? They couldn’t’ve warned me? Not only did I lose my stuff, I could’ve been badly hurt or killed.

unfriendly service, hidden costs, fees etc., the usual rentals car experience. paid 100% then kayak was ‚suggesting‘ in the end

Customer service was very poor and in helpful. Extremely rude .
