Cheap Car Rentals in Guasti/ Champagne, Ontario

Overall it was good but i had requested one hour of extra time. With four days of rental one hour extra would have been better but they said they will charge one whole day if it’s even 10 mins late. So hd to sit on airport for long. Otherwise it was good .

Friendly professional staff and service. Will definitely use and recommend.

Did not accurately reflect the options for gas refill choices. Left me paying for an entire tank when I only used 1/4 of a tank. Poor treatment of customers.

Vehicle was dirty, service reminder was illuminated and the washer fluid was empty.

Customer Service Agent Roy at the Ontario Airport Location is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant representative I've ever experienced. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. A very bad representation to the company. It's time for him to retire ASAP. I will NEVER rent at Avis due to his unprofessionalism. However, I do want to show some love to Customer Service Agent Gabby "budget" who was able to assist me with my reservation in a much professional manner

The over all ease and closeness of the airport and the car rental office, get me there in 10 minutes time and there is noting better.

The staff friendly . But the car was with dog hair inside, not hygienic for two children, 9 months and one 3 years old. unsafe worn tires. otherwise ok. sorry but it's the truth. thank you

The car was unsafe and should be taken off the road. Tire pressure warning signals were visible, no wiper fluid, back end was noisy and rattling. Car reeked of cigarettes.

The first car we were shown smelled like a smoker had been camped in it for a month. But then we were given a Nissan Murano which was much nicer than the Toyota Rav4 we had requested. We had a great road trip!
