I was given a better car than I had signed up for, so that was cool, plus a 10% discount for no reason.
The employee was over an hour and 15 minutes late. There were customers flipping out and at one point when they called the specific number to the location we were picking up at they were told it was closed on Sunday and to go to the airport to get a car. Then, out of the blue the employee walks in, and then acted like it was no big deal. It was very unprofessional of that specific location. That was my main issue. Plus after all was said and done it was $120 more than I had been told in my Kayak bill.
