What I didn't like was the complete lack of attention by you or Enterprise to very important and basic details of my booking. I advised that my flight did not land at Orlando until 6.45pm. My vehicle booking was for 7.30 pm. Yet, you or Enterprise booked me to collect my car at an off Airport site, which CLOSED at 6.30 pm. I took the matter up with Enterprise (as you directed). Their customer service was disgraceful. Eventually the third person I spoke to told me I could collect a car at the Airport, but it was going to cost substantially more. I pointed out that the mistake was either yours or theirs, not mine. I would have been as well to talk to the wall. Obnoxious lady had no understanding of the issue, and no interest in helping unless I paid up for your mistake.I cancelled the booking. Never again with Kayak or Enterprise. I travel here at least 3 times a year and invariably find everyone so friendly and helpful. Not this time. I won't be looking to Kayak or Enterprise for anything into the future.
