Cheap Car Rentals in Demuth Park, Palm Springs

We were given incorrect information about our vehicle pickup when our flight was delayed. We were told that an agent would be available and when we arrived it was closed even though we were told that an agent would be there.

Beware of the off-hours drop box for keys! I had a 6am flight from PSP so I had to drop off the car before the Alamo desk opened. Boarded my flight. And my connection. When I got to my destination 5 hrs later, I was informed at the next airport that they couldn’t rent to me… because I had an open contract at PSP! Literally spent 1 hr 45 min at the counter trying to get someone at PSP to answer the phone. No idea why they couldn’t close out a contract within 5 hours of opening. Terrible service. Don’t trust the drop box process.

The agent at the Alamo desk in Palm Springs was most helpful and efficient. The car was super-clean.

We had to clean the car the minute , we got in , even the trunk has garbage, seat were filty

Only had one person at front desk. Stood in a line for almost and hour.

There were more than 100 customers standing in line to pick up a car at Budget, and just one employer at the counter. We stood there for about two hours. And sorry, but you know how many people want to pick up cars at a certain time. Very poor!

We stood in Avis Line for over an hour. When I finally jumped line and asked about just getting my car which was already paid for, found out it was at offsite location requiring cab ride. When we got in line, there were 3 people helping customers which dropped to zero at times during our wait. Was very disappointed in the whole experience.

It should clearly state that the office is outside the Palm Springs Airport.

Best price for off airport site- only open til noon on weekends

A large amount of unreasonable and undeclared surcharges. Would never rent again with Thrifty.

Line up at the counter was long, but three attendants processed people quickly. Drop off was easy and done efficiently. I was told I would be emailed my receipt.

Picked it up at last minute since we'd rented Budget and there was what looked like a multi hour wait in the queue to pick up our Budget rental. Enterprise, in contrast, was fast and efficient.

Very bad customer service when I called for drop off I was sent to two different locations
