Not frendly Was Trying to bill me a lot more

They don't accept American car insurance companys. That what i was told at the counter. By a ver rude woman. Wich wanted to charge me more 4 times the reservation price. Be careful with the tricks they use.

You offer me a price of 38 usd and I end up paying 262 usd for the same amount of days. Horrible.

Nothing in particular. They didn’t have a car ready so we waited almost an hour. Then we got the BS bait and switch with insurance. Quote on line did not indicate need for insurance, then agent would not release car unless we purchased insurance. Standard foreigner upcharge.

Have car available on time. Not engage in shady insurance push.

Drop of easy Staf nfriendly

A real rip off !!! Booked over kayak and supposed to pay 400 But ended up having to pay 1600!!!! And we needed a car so therewas no other option Read verry wel before you book the hassle is the insurance .... thrifty is not An ok company

Nothing!

There is no one at the counter. You have to call and after an hour wait, they show up. It gets worse, when we came back to drop off the car, there was no one there! We almost missed our flight. Every other company at that airport terminal told us this was normal for Ace and went on about their inability to provide even the most basic customer service.

Rather than being charged 35$ for 5 days as indicated by Kayak we were charged 25$ per day plus insurance. Our total, after we got out of all of the unecessary insurance ($400) was $240 to cover third party and collision, including the $125 for the car. The Avis agent was not adequately answering my questions. The tire began leaking air the moment we got the car (surprsiginly someone else we had met on our trip that rented with Avis also had the same tire Issue) and the tires were balding already. Either Avis is responsible and ripping off customers or Kayaks so called 'deals' are entirely false. We will not reserve a car through either organization again.
