Enterprise is conveniently located in this airport’s baggage claim area. Drop-off was quick & easy. An attendant promptly arrived for check-out. The walk from drop off isn’t long, no shuttle needed. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. This was one of the easiest car rentals I’ve experienced.

We appreciated being upgraded to a larger vehicle for our trip. We loved getting to drive the expedition but it smelled so bad like cigarette smoke. My leather bags now smell like smoke after driving in the car for a few days. I know it is hard to get the smell of smoke out of the car but maybe an air freshener could have helped mask the smell somewhat.

Waited for over an hour just to pick up the car. Car smelled like it has been smoked in a ton, and masked with potpourri. Car looked dirty too…looked like they spent 5 mins cleaning it before handing it off to us. Didn’t want to say anything to the agent because we couldn’t spend another second at the location, after already being there for over an hour. Also received 3 different responses about dropping off at another location and any fee associated with that.

I received a notice that my vehicle was reserved, but after driving to the airport to get it, they had none. No one ever got back to me to say they had no vehicle to prevent me from wasting my time driving to the airport and back.

After making a reservation, they didn't have a car. I explained I had a family emergency I needed to get back home to. I was just told them not having a car was due to an internet communication issue. When searching for another rental,, their location came up as having several cars available, so I went back in to ask, just to make sure. Not once did they look at the computer to see if there was availability, and, as I was walking out, I heard the two employees laughing. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional staff.

The car they gave me was very comfortable, gas was filled and when I dropped it off, the receipt was exactly what I signed up to pay. No hidden fees that I noticed. Great experience overall.

The office did not accept my interim license despite the website saying such licenses were accepted. I was stranded in a strange city with no where to go. In my hour of need, I was betrayed and staff were not helpful, if not rude. They take a reservation, but they do not hold a reservation. Seinfeld got it right. These rental companies will be shadows of their former selves because they do not understand something so simple as do not betray your customer. Do not lie to your customer. Do not strand your customer in a strange city with no options

Everything--except somehow I booked a car at an in-town location rather than airport. How did that happen?

I'll probably use Vroom Vroom next time. They have a very clear cancellation policy. Avis/kayak--you couldn't find their cancellation policy with a forensics expert. Ergo I assume it sucks. Thank you for reading. Take the rest of the day off.

The service was horrible, the lady who attended me, was so rude, I felt she was racist and she didn't treat me polite, she was screaming to me all the time, and told me something like "why I rent a car if I don't speak English". This was the worse experience service in my life.

There was a mix up with the pickup location to start. We came into the airport but the rental location was in town. They charged us an extra 180 to move the pickup location. Then on the tail end, our flight was delayed 3 hours. Called to see if we could drop off late so we wouldn't be stuck at the airport that whole time and they tried to change us for an extra day. I guess I expect all rental car companies to nickel and dime their customers so it was expected. But still pretty bad business practices and I wouldn't rent a car if I didn't have to.

Hertz online booking needs some work. We booked a one-way, once we arrived they said the could not provide a car. They seem to be the only rental car provider that wasn’t able to block one-way booking on their website or through other booking options, i.e. kayak, Priceline. Their customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. Hours wasted driving to and from their location. I will not be using Hertz in the future

Staff are hard to reach, not very knowledgable, and not very professional. They like to argue and leave you feeling like they have no intention of helping you. They need to be re-trained, other rental companies have much better staff. By a long shot.

Your computer system is horrible for keeping track of reservation information. Your staff needs a huge attitude adjustment, they are rude! Your reservations are too inflexible to allow me to make necessary changes. Your reservations does not keep track of the request to drop off at a different location. Your phone system is inadequately staffed, and the staff in my pick up location never answers their phone. They do not like to work.

The car we reserved was not available. We were told it would arrive the next day and it didn’t. This delayed our trip and ultimately forced us to make a reservation with a different company at a much higher cost.

Will never rent from them again. Reserved a car online, pickup on July 4th. Site closed early. Customer service could not find my reservation and was less than helpful. I could barely understand him and he kept insisting that my rental was for a different city on a different date. Use Enterprise !!
