Cheap Car Rentals in Pellston Emmet County Airport

Avis agent was friendly and efficient. Vehicle was perfect.

They cancelled my car on me and left me stranded two hours away from my destination with no way to get an other rental and didn't even bother to apologize.

The pickup was great but the drop off at the Toledo Ohio airport was not very good. I had a 3:00 pm drop off and they closed at 11:30 am. I wasn’t sure what to do so I parked the car in the drop off lot and put the keys in the drop box at the budget counter. I wish someone would have been there to check the car in so I would have known if there will be any extra charges. Neil Hacker

I had reserved the car for a 9a pickup. I arrived at 9:09a. I rang the "ring for service" bell several times. No one responded. Someone from the collision repair shop that is in the same building went to look for Julie, the Hertz associate. She couldn't find her. Then they page her. She still didn't show. They tried to call her cell and didn't get a response. Finally, at 9:25, she came out of a backroom. She was surprised that I was there. When the paperwork was completed, she told me I was in a white Honda, when it was actually a silver Nissan, so she had to walk me out to the car to get the right one. Because of these delays, I was 30 minutes late getting to the airport, and I had to rush to make my flight.
